Answer: Yes. The company considers all our visitors and customers of sheer importance and makes sure that all information provided by you is completely secure and not shared with any third party at any instance.

Q2. Will I get any information about new models and deals once I have registered?

Answer: All the accounts will automatically be registered to our database for newsletters, email and sms notifications. However you can change it to stop receiving notifications from your dashboard.

Q1. What is the quality of the product being offered?

Answer: Our philosophy is to be a customer centric company and in order to further strengthen it we are only purchasing from vendors who are direct importers and doing business for more than 20 YEAR. Along with having the best materials and machineries of all the watches. We also have in house strict quality measures to assure the best product reaching you. Therefore the watches that we offer are of the highest quality and lasts for relatively a longer period of time.

Q2. Are these watches water resistant?

Answer: Yes. All the watches that we are offering on our website are water resistant with some being as much as 300 meters and 30 meters minimum.

Q3. What is meant by sweeping second hand?

Answer: A sweeping second hand is the one which moves in a smoother way when compared to traditional ticking hand which creates a ticking sound. All automatic watches have a sweeping second hand. Whereas battery operated and chronograph usually have a ticking second hand.

Q4. Does the watches have a warranty?

Answer: Yes all the watches offered by watcharea.pk have a six months warranty period, for which the order number and receiving receipt are mandatory to claim such.

Q5. How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

Answer: The stated period by the management is 4 to 6 days after you have confirmed your order.

Q6. What if there is a delay in the delivery?

Answer: Due to force majeure which include natural disasters, any law and order situation there may be delay, however you can always track your shipment by logging in your account. If the status shows “SHIPPED”, you shall be assured that your order is on its way.

Q7. How will be my order delivered?

Answer: The package will be delivered to you by our endorsed courier.

Q8. Do I have to register/sign up to place an order?

Answer: In order to make the shopping process hassle free and easy, signing up is the best way to cart your selected product.

Q9. Can I change/cancel my shopped product?

Answer: Yes you can either delete or change you product by going to your cart and select the preferred option.

Q10. How can I make a purchase?

Answer: Once you select the choice of yours you will have to select the quantity and then click on Checkout button after which you will have to fill in your details and shipping info as per the instructions.

Q11. How will I know about the confirmation of my order?

Answer: You will get a confirmation call and/or email from our representative. Your order will only be processed once you confirm the placement to this representative.

Q12. What is the mode of payment and order receiving process?

Answer: The website currently offers only CASH ON DELIVERY mode of payment. The courier will only deliver you the order once he has been given the total amount of the package from your end.
