Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging to claim a return within 7 days.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged. Unfortunately sale / discount items cannot be refunded or exchanged. Sale / Discount items (Deals, Bundle Offers or any product on SALE).

Exchanges (if applicable), we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to return / exchange it for the same or other Item, send us an email at care@watcharea.pk or can call or WhatsApp at 0334-0403883 requesting for return address.

Returns / Exchange / Refund will not be entertain on the basis of likeness or dis likeness of the product. If you still want to refund then deduction will be 20% to 25% from capital amount .

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over Rs. 10000, you should consider using a track able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
